1. General
These terms govern the sale of doors, windows, and accessories by Yesoon Door. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in USD (or as agreed in writing)
- Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (or as agreed)
- Prices are FOB Guangzhou unless otherwise specified
3. Custom Orders
- Custom sizes and finishes require final approval before production
- Lead time: 7-30 working days depending on product and quantity
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs negotiable based on method and destination (FOB/CIF)
- Risk transfers to buyer upon shipment
5. Warranty
- Standard products: 3-year warranty
- Core products (fire doors, security doors): 2-year warranty
- Does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear
- Lifetime maintenance service available
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 14 days for manufacturing defects
- Custom products are non-returnable unless defective
