What is the warranty period for YEsoon doors and windows?
The warranty period varies depending on the product. Standard products have a 3-year warranty, while core products (such as fire doors and aluminum alloy security doors) have a 2- year warranty. The warranty covers repair and replacement of parts for product quality issues (excluding human-caused damage), and lifetime maintenance services are provided. 2.
Absolutely. YEsoon supports full-size and full-color customization. Simply provide your specific size and color requirements (or color card number), and we will provide a design plan and quotation within 72 hours. The production cycle for customized products is 7-30 working days.
Our products have all passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification, UL American standard certification , and CE EU safety certification. Fire doors, security doors, and other products have national CCC certification. For export, we can provide a complete set of customs declaration documents and certification documents. We have exported to more than 30 countries and regions and meet local quality standards.
① Clean the surface of doors and windows regularly with a soft cloth, avoiding the use of corrosive cleaners; ② Inspect hardware (lock cylinder, hinges, drawer slides), and apply lubricant every 6 months; ③ Avoid impacts to door panels and window sashes to prevent deformation; ④ If the sealing strips show signs of aging, contact after-sales service for replacement to ensure sealing performance.
The quoted price includes the product itself and design. Domestic shipping costs are borne by us (excluding remote areas). Shipping costs for exported products are negotiable (FOB/CIF, etc.). The price is transparent with no hidden fees.
