Fire Rated Doors for Africa | Export Projects | Yesoon Door

Fire rated doors for Africa projects are quoted as tested assemblies, not single products. The rating applies to the complete opening: door leaf or slat curtain, frame or guides, hardware, seals and operator. Send the opening schedule, required rating, project standard and destination port, and Yesoon Door confirms the specification, export packing, documents and FOB or CIF price.

We quote projects to South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Mauritius, Namibia and other African markets, with common ports including Durban, Mombasa, Tema, Lagos and Walvis Bay. Tender documents can follow FD30/FD60, EI60/EI120, BS 476, EN 1634-1 or UL 10B/10C requirements.

Specification advice

Building approval requirements vary across African markets. A report accepted for one project may still need local consultant approval in another market. Send the specification early so the factory can match the tested assembly. For rolling products, the slat curtain, guides, barrel, bottom bar, seals and operator should be treated as one rated system.
